The services might be offered on a hiring basis or under time constrained contracts. BVOEL deploys its own personnel for the services based on the client’s requirements.

Acidization

Acidization is often used on new wells to maximize their initial production and on older wells to restore productivity and maximize oil and gas recovery. The technique is deployed by pumping acid into the reservoir at pressures lower than fracture pressure and stimulating the well by either improving the flow or removing the damage. BVOEL has Acid Pumping Units (APU) to cater acidization (pressures upto 5000 psi) to wells on client’s requirement. BVOEL has an history of handling 1000+ jobs of acidization right from inception.
 

Nitrogen Activation

For wells having trouble with production due to decrease in pressure gradient, Nitrogen activation method can be utilized by pumping liquid nitrogen into the reservoir. This removes accumulated liquids in the flow path and increases better flow of hydrocarbons. Since nitrogen is an inert compound, this technique can be employed repeatedly. BVOEL has state-of the-art units for liquid nitrogen pumping (NPU) with storage of 8 m3 and pressure handling capability upto 10,000 psi. BVOEL has an experience of executing 2000+ jobs.

Hot Oil Circulation

BVOEL deploys units for pumping hot oil/ hot liquids into the wells to achieve higher production rates where oil viscosities are high. These hot oil/liquid circulation units (HOC) can be deployed to reduce the impact of asphaltenes and resins in the wells and remove any unwanted material sticking on the casings. With a working experience in performing 8000+ jobs, BVOEL has made its own mark in the market.
 

Chemical Dozing

BVOEL has supplied chemical dozing units in and around Ahmedabad and Mehsana operating areas. These dosing units are designed based on requirement to add chemicals into the wells/ storage units/ pipelines.
 

Hydraulic Fracturing

Fracking is a stimulation technique which involves in pumping of pressurized fluids to fracture rocks to increase the production of oil and gas. This technique is intensive and efficient in improving the hydrocarbon accessibility. BVOEL has the capability in executing frac jobs as per client’s requirement with a fleet including frac blenders, mixing tanks and pumping units. BVOEL has a strategic partnership with PACKER SERVICE LLC for designing and developing frac jobs.
 

Water Shut-Off (WSO)/ Profile Modification (PM)

Fields with high water cut can decrease the oil production rates. BVOEL can deploy WSO/ PM fleet to reduce the impact of water-cut by pumping cross-linked polymeric liquids which reduces the water production and in-turn increases the oil production rates. The fleet consists of a blending unit, mixing tanks (capacity upto 45 m3) and a pumping unit (pressures upto 10,000 psi and rates upto 1200 lpm). BVOEL has marked its efficiency in WSO activities by performing 50+ jobs in a very short period.
 

Mobile Testing Unit
