EOR APPLICATIONS – Polymer based operations

In order to reduce the mobility of water or alter the reservoir flow parameters during production, polymer-based fluid injection into the reservoir can increase the oil and gas production. BVOEL had secured LSTK projects of designing, fabricating, construction, installation and commissioning of these polymer-based plants in Mehsana and Ahmedabad based on client’s (ONGC) requirement. These plants have the capability to prepare polymer-based fluids using treated effluent water from the client. These polymer-based fluids are also tested for QA/QC at laboratories inside the plant for maintaining the standards set by the client.

A. POLYMER INJECTION FACILITY OPERATIONS

The company is heading to new direction for enhancing oil production using different field wide technology. Designing, engineering, procurement,  fabrication, erection, construction, insulation, testing, installation and  O&M of polymer injection plant.

• Surfactant-Polymer (SP) injection plant
• Alkaline-Surfactant-Polymer (ASP) Injection plant
   

B. MUD ENGINEERING SERVICES ALONG WITH CHEMICALS

The company had been outfitting client with Mud Chemist to render real time drilling information under mud engineering services to get off the unnecessary expenditure during exploration phase of oil field. Implementing efforts in supplying of chemicals /additives for the purpose of Drilling an oil field well of ONGC.
